Right of access: Merkel’s regime wants to punish criticism of asylum policy by taking your children away. Whoever posts “xenophobic” statements on Facebook or demonstrates against “refugee homes” could soon lose the right of contact with his own child, even if no criminal offence was committed, according to the German Bar Association. 

A staff member of the “Deutscher Anwaltsverein” (German Lawyers’ Association) points to the extreme left and simultaneously to the left-wing racist milieu. Heiko Maas’s (immediate past Minister for Justice [sic]) fight against unpopular opinions is being fought on an increasingly wide front. 

As the magazine “Deutsche Anwaltsauskunft”, reports [that], a “xenophobic” posting on Facebook or participation in a Demonstration against a refugee shelter can lead to the loss of your right to contact with your own child.
