The report from them suggests Arsenal have bid £35.21 million (€40m - AIS$59.53m - US$45.70m) plus bonuses, which has been rejected. Monaco would rather he stayed and sign a new contract so a transfer is far from certain.
It is one of those stories that our press have made a mountain out of a mole hill. Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United are interested. Clearly he is on the transfer list of several clubs, but not the main priority, simply an alternative should the main target not materialise, or even other targets.
